A 14,651 square-foot expansion/remodel project as part of the Swedish Medical campus.
The project involved an addition to the existing building, adding inpatient care areas for post-op surgery. Two operating rooms were added, as well as a PACU and post-op for the facility.
Coordination and approval of layouts for headwalls needed to be completed for electrical installations. The project included a 600-Watt generator and ATS switches, and build out of a new electrical room to accommodate new panels. Demolition and remodel of the existing North facility was tied to the development of the new structure, requiring coordination with the Medical Office Buildings for installation of power and fire alarm systems throughout the installation process.
