Complete electrical and instrumentation for the Niobrara Truck Load out and Train Load in. Stared July completing in December, logged over 45,000 Kenny Electric man-hours. Project included an eight truck unload station, two 150,000 barrel tanks and a twenty-six train load in rail system. The project began with 40% completed drawings and had a compact completion timeline.
