The Jacquard in Cherry Creek project was a new, ground-up, eight-story high rise with two levels of parking underneath the building, 153,500 GSF, and 201 guest rooms. The building has many amenities including a restaurant/bar, retail shops, a fitness center, a business conference center, and rooftop pool.
