Working alongside Mortenson Construction, Kenny Electric provided temporary power/lighting, distribution equipment, feeders, lighting controls, branch power, F/A system, low voltage system, and roughed in the mechanical equipment connection for the impressive 542,000 sq. ft. facility. This HighPoint Elevated facility features 36-ft. clear heights, 50-by-54-ft. column spacing, an ESFR sprinkler system, dock-high and drive-in loading, and trailer parking.

Our team tackled the HighPoint warehouse to implement a Design Build for tenant improvement, core, and shell. Despite numerous change orders and significant delays in the underground work, our team members joined forces to accomplish the project. Managing the vast area and coordinating the large crew was a considerable challenge – but as usual, our team rose to the challenge for a successful finish.
