53,000 square foot center, one-half is an early childhood center and the other half houses a community hall, fitness center, library, and classrooms. Targeting a LEED certification for the center’s lighting controls was a big challenge for the project. KE completed all electrical including lighting, fire alarms, power and switch gear systems for daylight harvesting.
