The project scope consisted of building two new recreation centers simultaneously. Kenny Electric installed the electrical services, light fixtures, and fire alarm systems.

The Fitzmorris Center is a new 8,863 G.S.F. community mixed-use recreational facility with fitness studio, cardio room, and an outdoor pool.

Secrest is a new 19,741 G.S.F. mixed-use community recreational facility which replaced the existing facility but revitalized the current outdoor pool.
