Kenny Electric is proud to again participate in the Master’s Apprentice Program providing young men a bridge to the skilled trades through basic training.

A Bridge to the Trades

The Master’s Apprentice is a new social enterprise created to connect industries in need of qualified apprentices and young men searching for a sustainable career. The program recruits young men 18-25 years old from low-income communities to participate in a 12-week intensive course that includes work ethic, construction math, financial literacy, career counseling and basic workshop skills.

Kenny Electric’s President, Dave Pavelka, gives a group of young men a behind-the-scenes tour and tutorial on the basics of electrical design and construction.  The company hopes one day, these young apprentices will decide to join the Kenny team.
