It’s National Apprenticeship Week, and Kenny Electric is honoring those who committed to participate in the Electrical Apprenticeship Program.  Apprenticeship Programs are instrumental to the success of individuals, businesses, and our Nation.

Did you know the average electrician earns $5,000 more annually than a 4-year college graduate? Also, the National Bureau of Labor Statistics projects the employment need for electricians to grow 14% – faster than all other occupations! Be above average – Join an Electrical Apprenticeship Program today. Kenny Electric welcomes 1st – 4th Year Apprentices and offers a great “Earn While You Learn” program. Want to get started? Find an Apprenticeship learning program near you –

Apprentices are the backbone of American businesses and the investment made in workforce skills training today, benefits everyone in the future.

Be above average. Kenny Electric Apprentices get FT employment and on-the-job training, and our Mentorship Program and study groups ensure everyone has the tools to succeed. To take the Journeyman license exam, you must complete 8,000 hours of fieldwork and 288 hours of classroom instruction. Graduates in CO also get 42 credits from the Community College of Colorado. Becoming an Electrical Apprentice is not the final stop in your career– we focus on the personal development of our workforce through continuous learning.

Every year Kenny Electric has a team of participants in the IEC Rocky Mountain Wire-Off. Only Apprentices with the highest G.P.A’s are invited to compete in the “live” skills challenge. We also have a Foreman Training Program, open for Apprentices – not just Journeymen. You deserve to be above average. No matter what stage of life you’re in, the Apprenticeship program will accommodate you. Active military, working-parent, or someone ready for a second-chance – we work with you to help you meet all your goals. Take the step to join our family online

Trust. Quality. Family. Community. Integrity. For Kenny Electric Apprentices, Graduation Day is more than just taking home a diploma.

They take away skills that set them apart – enabling them to better themselves, provide for their family, and support their community. Kenny Electric’s goal is to be better than average. Our Apprentices are given a stocked tool-bag on their first day. Then we award 4th Year Graduates with a high-end drill set for their first day as a licensed Journeyman. As National Apprenticeship Week comes to a close, we’ve got a couple of reasons to celebrate.  In 2019 we’ll mark the milestone of our 45th Anniversary – and we anticipate we’ll witness the largest graduating class in the Company’s history. Don’t miss the opportunity to join in the fun.
