Kenny Electric completes a 30,000 square feet remodel of a new Blue Moon Brewery for Hyder Construction. The new brewery/bar/restaurant is located in the trendy RiNo neighborhood of Denver.
Aside from the typical brewhouse bar and eating space, the architectural elements include visible brew tanks, gift shop, and a large meeting area. The project made use of an industrial building shell that was converted through selective demolition. The Kenny team completed extensive site work HVAC in addition to some challenging electrical components like exposed conduit and innovative types of lighting and controls. Construction began in December of 2015 and the doors opened July 17, 2016.
