The iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a must-see for any visitor to Denver, Colorado, and a top destination spot for residents. Widely known for its outstanding acoustics, entertainers the world over have graced the stage to perform for thousands of concert-goers.

To modernize the theater’s technological capabilities, Kenny Electric was brought in to update the existing electrical as part of the theater’s improvement plans (rendering pictured left). By installing new electrical power, lighting, lightning protection, and conduit raceways, our team was able to bring the amphitheater into the 21st century just in time for the 2021 concert season.

Working in the open environment where the Rocky Mountains and the Great Plains meet, our crews were not only challenged by the weather but were also presented with the task of working with heights. The team met regularly to emphasize safety, ensuring that they were protecting themselves and being mindful of other tradespeople working on the project.

Our Kenny crew will look back on this project with pride for years to come as they visit the venue with friends and family. The Red Rock Amphitheatre presented an excellent opportunity to show our interest in investing in our communities and representing our core values – Integrity, Trust, Quality, Family, & Community.
