Quality
Our approach empowers an independent Quality Control Specialist to evaluate our projects on a weekly basis, reporting to the Director of Operations as an entity separate from the project personnel.
Prior to visiting each site, the QC Specialist is responsible for knowing the project - specific specifications, commissioning script, schedule, and scope of each project. Upon arrival on site, the QC Specialist visits with the Prime Contractor, Field Leads from the major subcontractors, and performs a thorough walk of all areas of work.
Deficiencies are outlined before leaving the site and reviewed with our General Foremen. A more detailed report is written and presented to the Director of Operations who reviews each report weekly with Project Managers ensuring follow - up and corrective measures are taken.
Specific site conditions and project complexity levels drive our more stringent QC procedures. Examples of site-specific QC measures include:
- Infectious control
- cGMP for electrical design and construction
- Cleanroom protocol
- Reliability analysis / MOP
- Hazcom / Hazardous material handling
- Confined space
